★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy rápidos en asistir al domicilio, pero no hacen buen diagnóstico, el técnico abrió los tubos de mi filtro y resultó que el problema era el compresor. Me pidió un anticipo con la promesa de que había conseguido el respuesto, 3 días después me dice que no lo tenía, volvió a darme el anticipo pero cuando le pedí que dejara el refrigerador como estaba me dijo que no tenía herramientas y se fue. En lugar de reparar mi refrigerador lo dejó totalmente inservible porque al dejar los ductos expuestos daño todo el sistema.
They are very quick to attend the home, but they do not make a good diagnosis, the technician opened the tubes of my filter and it turned out that the problem was the compressor. He asked me for an advance with the promise that he had gotten the replacement, 3 days later he told me that he did not have it, he gave me the advance again but when I asked him to leave the refrigerator as it was he told me that he had no tools and left. Instead of repairing my refrigerator, it was totally useless because leaving the ducts exposed damaged the entire system.
