★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, les lleve un refrigerador y nunca me dieron un presupuesto, nunca me hablaron para decirme cuanto iba a ser o que tenía el refri, me decían que tal día iba a quedar y solo me traían dando vueltas, al final no repararon nada.
Very bad service, I brought them a refrigerator and they never gave me an estimate, they never spoke to me to tell me how much it was going to be or what the fridge would be, they told me that such a day would be left and they only brought me around, in the end they did not repair anything .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, tuvimos que corretearlos para que nos trajeran nuestra lavadora y cuando la regresaron al poco tiempo se volvió a estropear. Quisimos hacer válida la garantía pero al final fue lo mismo y solo quedó pedir que nos la devolvieran así como la tuvieran. No volvería a llamar.
Very bad experience, we had to run them to get our washing machine and when they returned it soon after it broke down again. We wanted to make the guarantee valid but in the end it was the same and it only remained to be asked to return it to us as they had it. I would not call again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que vino arreglar mi refrigerador me cobró $450.00 pesos, sólo por haber destornillador una tapadera dentro del congelador y aplicarle agua caliente... fué todo lo que le hizo...le dí un billete de $500.00 y como ni él y yo no teníamos feria le dejé a cuenta los $50.00 pesos ya que había quedado en venir a limpiar con un sopleteador la parte de abajo del refrigerador...han pasado 2 semanas y ni sus luces...otra...me dió la cubierta de plástico que removió del congelador para limpiarlo y al salir al patio observé que ésta persona tomó un objeto de un esquinero mío para verlo bien...las personas que entran a casas ajenas a realizar cualquier tipo de trabajo,deben respetar cualquier cosas dentro de la casa de uno y más si no está el propietario con ellos....en fin....mi conclusión de ésta empresa...saben hacer su trabajo...peeero es muuuuy caro..no son leales y no son confiables....
The person who came to fix my refrigerator charged me $ 450.00 pesos, just for having screwdriver a lid inside the freezer and applying hot water to it ... that was all he did ... I gave him a $ 500.00 bill and as neither he nor I we had a fair I left him the $ 50.00 pesos since he had arranged to come and clean the bottom of the refrigerator with a blowtorch ... 2 weeks have passed and not even his lights ... another ... he gave me the plastic cover that he removed from the freezer to clean it and when I went out to the patio I observed that this person took an object from a corner of mine to see it well ... people who enter houses outside to carry out any type of work, must respect whatever things inside the house of one and more if the owner is not with them .... anyway .... my conclusion about this company ... they know how to do their job ... but it is sooo expensive..they are not loyal and they are not reliable. ...
