Llegaron tres horas después de la hora que dijeron que llegarían. Diagnosticaron que el termostato estaba dañado. Dijeron haber instalado un termostato “original”, que me cobraron como original, pero en realidad colocaron un termostato económico, que cuesta menos del 50% de lo que me cobraron. Una semana después, el refrigerador empezó a congelar la comida otra vez. Les solicité que vinieran otra vez a revisar, y nunca más me contestaron. Cuidado! A mi me timaron
I went with the feint with the positive opinions of this provider. They checked my fridge which was freezing food. They arrived three hours after the time they said they would arrive. They diagnosed that the thermostat was bad. They claimed to have installed an "original" thermostat, which they charged me as original, but in reality they installed a cheap thermostat, which costs less than 50% of what they charged me. A week later, the refrigerator started freezing the food again. I asked them to come again to check, and they never answered me again. Watch out! They ripped me off
