Llevamos un enfriador de aire para cambio de bomba el 21/Jul/18, tuvimos que llamar durante la semana siguiente para pedir informes, pues no tenían la atención de comunicarse. Finalmente hoy 28/Jul/18 lo recogimos, nos cobraron $600 por la "bomba" y el "servicio". Al probarlo en casa nos damos cuenta que no tenía la bomba! Los cables estaban sueltos! Regresamos a reclamar y la respuesta fue un "usted disculpe". Definitivamente no lo recomiendo y obvio no pensamos volver.
 Very bad experience, lousy service. We brought an air cooler to change the pump on Jul 21/18, we had to call during the following week to request information, as they did not have the attention to communicate. Finally today 28 / Jul / 18 we picked it up, they charged us $ 600 for the "pump" and the "service". When testing it at home we realize that it did not have the pump! The cables were loose! We returned to complain and the answer was "you excuse me". I definitely do not recommend it and obviously we will not return.

Tanto en precios y distribución tienen todo lo necesario para los aparatos de aire, y hasta de lo que no sabia que existía aquí lo encuentras! Hace como una semana tuve la experiencia de ir a este lugar para cambiarle la paja a mi aire lavado y me encontré con muchas cosas que ni creía que existían y que le aumentan la vida al aparato y a tu bienestar, pues tienen algunos productos para higiene en el agua, y todo a un buen precio que a cualquiera se le puede hacer accesible (también tienen terminal por si preguntaban) Les agradezco por su servicio y venta ??
