J	Jesus Pedroza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio, según dan presupuesto sin compromiso, el presupuesto que me dieron fue carísimo, sin embargo le dije al técnico que me lo hicieran llegar y ya decidiría después, y al día siguiente me dí cuenta que me había dejado el dispensador de hielo desconectado.... no sé si se molestó el técnico pero no me parece profesional y obviamente ya no me interesa el servicio Terrible service, as they give a budget without commitment, the budget they gave me was very expensive, however I told the technician to send it to me and I would decide later, and the next day I realized that I had left the ice dispenser disconnected. ... I don't know if the technician was upset but it doesn't seem professional to me and obviously I'm not interested in the service

Cobran algo caro pero sirvio por la garantia pues hasta la segunda reparacion quedo arreglado mi problema (enfriaba a medias) pues detectaron que la tarjeta de control estaba dañada y otra empresa me habia dicho que no habian podido contactar a samsung para comprar una tarjeta de control nueva. It was repaired to my Samsung refrigerator in Guadalajara. They charge something expensive but it served as a guarantee because until the second repair my problem was fixed (it cooled halfway) because they detected that the control card was damaged and another company had told me that they had not been able to contact Samsung to buy a control card new.

Mientras estuvieron aquí lograron prenderla, la apagaron de inmediato y dijeron: es la tarjeta, van a ser 2 mil pesos. Por supuesto que les dije que no, querían verme la cara! El problema al final fue un fusible que me repararon por $200 pesos. No confíen en ellos. Terrible experience, they came to give me an estimate because my washing machine did not turn on. The problem in the end was a fuse that they repaired for $200 pesos. Don't trust them.
