★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio posterior al pago, dejaron piezas sueltas y no conectaron la manguera de desagüe lo que ha ocasionado humedad y desprendimiento del repello de la pared. Se les llama por celular dicen que vendrán y han pasado más de 15 días sin atendernos ni responder correo electrónico.
Que mal que sí responda por este medio y no lo haya hecho de los correos que sí reporté la falla a usted. Le dejo la imagen de que sí se hizo pero veo que además de falta de profesionalismo hay falta de seguimiento.
Ya ni se moleste, buscaremos otros servicios profesionales en refrigeración, Siglo XXI ya no lo será más.
Terrible post-payment service, they left loose parts and did not connect the drain hose, which has caused humidity and detachment of the plaster from the wall. They are called by cell phone, they say they will come and they have spent more than 15 days without answering us or answering e-mails.
Too bad that you do respond by this means and have not done so from the emails that did report the failure to you. I leave you the image that it was done but I see that in addition to a lack of professionalism there is a lack of follow-up.
Don't bother anymore, we will look for other professional refrigeration services, XXI Century will no longer be.
