Es una porqueria de servicio el que ofrecen, 0% recomendado. Rompieron una de mis rejillas e hicieron un cochinero con los ductos del aire, aparte de cobrar carisimo por su trabajo barato y descuidado. Pésimo.

la verdad pence que seria un trabajo bien hecho pero la verdad no se me hizo justo que mi carro me cotizaran por un servicio de aire acondicionado y cuando el carro me lo entregan salio dañado de otra cosa(ellos tuvieron la culpa) y ellos no me dijeron nada cuando me entregaron el carro, lo cual yo me di cuenta por que el carro me fallo, lo lleve de nuevo al taller y efectivamente, dijeron que ellos habían sido y que lo resolverían, ok, yo en ese momento no dije nada esta bien nada mas que el carro me quede tal cual se los deje, para eso mi carro me dañaron una pieza, dure sin carro 3 días y del taller me decian que habian pedido la pieza y que aun no llegaba, yo ya tenia 3 días gastando de mi bolsa para poder trasladarme a mi trabajo. me comunico a una refaccionaria a preguntar si la pieza era difícil de llegar o pedir y me dicen que la pieza la tienen disponible en sucursal,me comunico con el taller y diciendole eso que me habian dicho de la reaccionaria, y me dice que el día de mañana ya quedaría el carro, ps bueno dije un día mas, ps que ya recojo el carro y con la sorpesa de que todavia tenia que pagar 200 pesos, ps bueno ya lo que queria era irme de ahi y ya no saber nada, a los dias noto el carro diferente, pasan mas días, y noto que mi carro se daña otra pieza, yo en ese momento ya habia desembolsado mucho y no pence que ese problema llegaria a costarme mas caro, lo llevo a otro taller, ps con la sorpresa que las personas de taller de zaragoza me habian dañado mas piezas, que a simple vista y en ese momento me diera cuenta, termine pagando casi 5 mil pesos y para variar el carro no le sirvio el "servicio de aire" , y me cobraron muy bien, ahorita ando batallando de nuevo por mi aire pero eso me sirvio de experiencia por eso le doy 1 estrella, espero y estos comentarios sirvan de experiencia para que las personas encargadas de ahi tengan personal que trabaje limpio, y sean honestas cuando dañen los carros de los cientes

Yo tenía en muy buena calificación a Zaragoza, pero el mes pasado al ir por un problema con el compresor de AC del auto, me quisieron vender uno nuevo, que no había otra opción. Pude repara mi problema en otro taller sin tener que gastar más uno nuevo, con $10k de diferencia, me entistreció porque como dije, por años confié mucho en ellos...

Pésimo servicio fui por una falla en el compresor que era reparable querían cambiarme todo el sistema del aire que me iba a salir en un ojo y por hacerme la revisión me dejaron mal el filtro de cabina todo aplastado tuve que comprar otro nuevo y ese tenia poco uso y lo peor que me frenaron el abanico de la cabina gracias por nada bola de ratas su fundador se ha de estar revolcando en su tumba
