Me dijeron que podía entrar con el vehículo entre puse la mercancía en una tarima y saque el vehículo para que entrara otro, en lo que busco lugar para estacionarme pesan lo que voy a enviar y regreso y dejan mi documento hasta lo último. De repente me dice el joven que como no me encontró al llamarme me tenía que esperar. Es una persona grosera y despota. Gracias.

Desafortunadamente el único envío que he hecho con la empresa ha llegado en pésimas condiciones, son helados y el cliente los recibió derretidos, y lo que es peor, no se hacen responsables ni responden a mis solicitudes de hacer una llamada telefónica para encontrar una solución.
