★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima atención. Cobran caro por "reparaciones" que sencillamente no sirven. Pueden ir a Profeco aunque ni el dueño se presenta y quienes van a su nombre, irán con toda la intenciónde hacerte quedar mal, compensarte una miseria y no asumir responsabilidades. Tan MALO ES que ni estrellas se merece pero no hay otra forma de publicarles. Ojala pongan más atención a su servicio y sobre todo, hacia con el cliente.
 Terrible service, terrible attention. They charge dearly for "repairs" that simply don't work. They can go to Profeco even though the owner doesn't show up and those who go on his behalf will go with all the intention of making you look bad, make up for a pittance and not assume responsibilities. It is so BAD that neither stars deserve it but there is no other way to publish them. Hopefully they pay more attention to their service and above all, towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al leer comentarios ciertamente tuve dudas pero ya había solicitado los servicios así que espere lo mejor y si, efectivamente así fue, sus mantenimientos y reparaciones resultaron eficientes además de buenos precios que me dieron ya que ya había cotizado en otros lugares. Recomendado!
When reading comments I certainly had doubts but I had already requested the services so hope for the best and yes, indeed it was, their maintenance and repairs were efficient as well as good prices that they gave me since I had already quoted elsewhere. Recommended!

Mal servicio.
Ni siquiera limpian lo que reparan.
No dan notas de remisión o algo para garantías o reclamos.
Faltan a su compromiso de tiempos.
In repair service:
Bad service.
They don't even clean what they repair.
They don't give delivery notes or anything for warranties or claims.
They miss their time commitment.

Pague $ 2400 por un arreglo que nunca quedó ,y el dueño nunca dio la cara ,ni sus técnicos , son irresponsables y nunca cumplen en sus tiempos !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, nunca acudan a este lugar, me robaron prácticamente más de 2 mil, por la reparación de un equipo, que nunca arreglaron, el Señor Alejandro Platas, nunca dió la cara, le pedí reembolso y solo me ha dado largas con mentiras y se niega a devolverme el dinero, es muy irresponsable, sus técnicos nunca entregan los equipos a tiempo.....
Espero tomen sus precauciones
