★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal sabor de boca por el servicio de este establecimiento, antes que nada te dicen que por la pura ida a recar tu aparato son 250 pesos, acto seguido llega un señor y a ojo de buen cubero me dice que está tapado el drenaje ( sin hacer pruebas ni nada me dice que esa es la solución y que me saldrá en 680 pesos). Cuando el se fue hice mi prueba tirando agua por el drenaje interno del refrigerador y oh sorpresa no estaba tapado... le hable al tecnico para decirle que no viniera al día siguiente y el viejo me empieza a insultar...... un asco.
Ahórrense tiempo y dinero.

Para empezar vinieron a repararme mi lavadora que tenia un problema en donde no terminaba el ciclo de lavado, cuando vinieron lo único que hicieron fue destapara las mangueras y reiniciarla y me la dejaron funcionando con un costo de $700 pesos! al siguiente día quise ponerme a lavar y volvió a pasar lo mismo.
Llamo a estas personas muchísimas veces para volver a hacer una cita y lo único que me decía la señora del teléfono, es que checaria la ruta de sus empleados y que me regresarla la llamada. COSA QUE JAMAS SUCEDIO!! La verdad ya no quiero ni siquiera llamarles para decirles el pésimo servicio que tienen!!

To start, they came to repair my washing machine that had a problem where the washing cycle did not end, when they came, the only thing they did was uncover the hoses and restart it and they left it running at a cost of $ 700 pesos! The next day I wanted to wash and the same thing happened again.
I call these people many times to make an appointment again and the only thing the lady on the phone told me is that she would check the route of her employees and call me back. THING YOU NEVER HAPPENED !! The truth is that I don't even want to call them to tell them the lousy service they have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem -- washing machine. Solution -- replace water pump, replace faulty valves. Result -- Extremely satisfied. They came out the same day as the call and performed a diagnosis and ordered the parts. When the parts arrived, they they returned and not only repaired the washing machine, but they went the extra step of replacing 2 connecting water taps on the the house that had become defective. I will use this company again in the future. The only reason that I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they did not inform me that they were waiting for the parts to arrive (for 2 days) and I was waiting at the house all day for their return visit. That was an internal communication problem inside the company.
