Me encantó pasar mis vacaciones en el Refugio del Sol, la gente del hostal es muy amable, es un lugar muy limpio y acogedor, y el tour a las islas fue muy padre, lleno de buena onda y aventura… me encantará regresar al Hostal San Pancho y Refugio de Sol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El staff es buenisima onda! La pasamos super bien y hemos regresado ya varias veces. Tienen buenos tours y estan localizados en un punto estrategico de San Pancho. Te prestan bicis o patinetas si las necesitas y cuentan con un desayuno vegano delicioso. Es un lugar muy recomendado para vacacionar en pareja, con familia o con amigos.
 The staff is great! We had a great time and have already returned several times. They have good tours and are located in a strategic point of San Pancho. They lend you bikes or skateboards if you need them and have a delicious vegan breakfast. It is a highly recommended place to vacation as a couple, with family or friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es un hotel, es un hostal. Reserve una habitación doble, pero al llegar se me informo que no cuentan con ese tipo de habitaciones: me tuve que conformar con un colchón en el suelo. Estuve una semana, de la cuál limpiaron el cuarto tres veces, cambiaron las toallas y sabanas dos veces, y me proporcionaron solo dos rollos de papel de baño. Nunca vi el dichoso desayuno que prometen. En definitiva, un pésimo lugar para quedarse.
It is not a hotel, it is a hostel. Book a double room, but upon arrival I was informed that they do not have that kind of room: I had to settle for a mattress on the floor. I stayed a week, from which they cleaned the room three times, they changed the towels and sheets twice, and they only gave me two rolls of toilet paper. I never saw the happy breakfast they promise. In short, a terrible place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena opción y bastante económica con desayunoincluido (no es la gran cosa, pero esta bien por el precio). Las cobijas dejan un poco que desear, al final del día es una opinión personal y a otras personas les puede agradar. Lo que también no me gustó para nada es que no hay una mesa cerca de los contactos, hay 6 (eso es muy bueno) pero no una mesa para dejar celulares, computadoras o algo que necesite estar conectado o cargándose. El lugar es agradable, sencillo pero muy bien, porque al final del día no vienes por el hotel sino por las playas y lugares que puedas visitar.
Good option and quite economical with breakfast included (not the great thing, but it's good for the price). The blankets leave a little to be desired, at the end of the day it is a personal opinion and other people may like it. What I also did not like at all is that there is no table near the contacts, there are 6 (that's very good) but not a table to leave cell phones, computers or something that needs to be connected or charging. The place is nice, simple but very good, because at the end of the day you do not come for the hotel but for the beaches and places you can visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superó mis expectativas. El personal siempre muy amable, el desayuno ligero pero rico, el lugar es agradable y no está tan lejos de la playa como creí.
Exceeded my expectations. The staff are always very friendly, the breakfast is light but rich, the place is nice and it is not as far from the beach as I thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general las instalaciones para ser hostal con el plus de habitaciones privadas son buenas, personal amable, lugar limpio e higiénico, es excelente la opción de agregar colchón extra en la habitación, no me gustó el cuarto de baño ya que es prácticamente la misma habitación sin separación y sin puerta, tambien deberían dejar de mencionar lo de los triciclos ya que no existen más. El uso de la cocina debería tener la excepción de poder usarla desde temprano para preparar desayuno propio ya que el que ofrecen para algunos nos es insuficiente, por cierto es una cocina bastante equipada solo falta microondas.
In general the facilities to be hostel with the plus of private rooms are good, friendly staff, clean and hygienic place, the option of adding extra mattress in the room is excellent, I did not like the bathroom since it is practically the same room without separation and without a door, you should also stop mentioning the tricycles since they do not exist anymore. The use of the kitchen should have the exception of being able to use it early to prepare their own breakfast since the one they offer for some of us is insufficient, by the way it is a quite equipped kitchen just missing a microwave.
