★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio era nuestra primera clase y llegamos 6:10 y no nos dejaron pasar cuando nunca se nos informó que no hay tolerancia. Tampoco reagendan debido a que era la última hora y no se podría tomar la clase otro día. Perdimos nuestro dinero y ustedes perdieron dos clientes. Aparte las chicas nada amables ni con la voluntad de ayudar o resolver la situación!
Terrible service was our first class and we arrived at 6:10 am and they would not let us pass when we were never informed that there is no tolerance. They also did not reschedule because it was the last hour and the class could not be taken another day. We lost our money and you lost two clients. Apart from the girls who are not friendly or willing to help or solve the situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto las bicis como el trato del front desk estuvo inmejorable. Considero que los ventiladores ya no son suficientes para el flujo de aire y el calor que hace. Pero todo bien con este estudio. El coach me mato, salí muy satisfecha con sus clases y trato.
Both the bikes and the treatment of the front desk was unbeatable. I consider that the fans are no longer enough for the airflow and the heat that it does. But all good with this study. The coach killed me, I left very satisfied with his classes and treatment.
