Al solicitar cambio de talla en unas pantuflas, titubearon en el "nuevo precio" pues me indicaban que una talla mayor , debería tener otro precio mayor, lo pagué y al volver a casa me di cuenta que las etiquetas no maracaban precio mayor, les marqué para decirle que el precio marcado en las pantuflas era el Mismo y me dijeron que quizá se equivocaron .... ¡Dos veces! por qué las pantuflas traen dos etiquetas con el precio más bajo. No me hicieron el reembolso.
I really like the articles and the quality they have, they are very kind and they show you everything you request but I had a situation with a purchase. When requesting a change of size in some slippers, they hesitated in the "new price" because they indicated that a larger size should have a higher price, I paid it and when I returned home I realized that the labels did not mark a higher price, I marked them to tell him that the price marked on the slippers was the same and they told me that maybe they were wrong .... Twice! why slippers come with two lower price tags. They did not refund me.
