Sin embargo para este nuevo mes, se llamó como siempre a la central y ya va mas de 6 horas que ni aparecen, supongo que el vendedor se molestó por exponer que estaba robando. Su atención a clientes por teléfono es buena, sin embargo es una lástima que no tengan control con los vendedores.

Ese mismo día me pidieron fotos de mi tanque y mi nota y horas después vinieron a completa la compra.. ESTE ES UN BUEN PUNTO PARA LA EMPRESA... pero falta control de calidad en la contratación del personal que son los que despachan a su conveniencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace 4 meses aproximadamente me ha durado muy poco el gas. Normalmente 40 litros me duraba de 6 a 7 semanas. Ahora ha venido cayendo de 4 a 2 semanas. Cargando la misma cantidad y con los mismos usos. Pedí 3 veces en la recarga que revisaran si había fuga y no encontraron nada según ellos. Entonces no están despachando la cantidad que estoy pagando. Dejaré de utilizar sus servicios.
