★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tuve que reportar a Profeco porq tenía el 9℅ de mi tanque de 200lts.(16-18 LTS.) Al cargar supuestamente 72 litros el marcador no llego ni a 35℅ lo que quiere decir que al final mi tanque ni siquiera quedo con 70lts. Y eso que ya tenía 16 LTS. Aprox. Un vil robo. En verdad quizás la empresa sea buena pero los trabajadores tienen mañas para robar. Un vil robo lo repito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me confirmaron 3 veces en diferentes ocasiones y 2 de esas no llegaron, la tercera me marcaron 2 horas y media después para decir que no podrían venir

NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.
pedí un tanque de gas el 22 de Diciembre.
Regularmente el tanque nos tarda un mes mínimo,máximo un mes 1 semana.
Resulta que el 27 ya no teníamos gas.
Llamé para ver que había pasado o que solución podrían ofrecer,quedaron de mandar un gerente de ventas que en 4 días no pudo llegar.
Pésimo servicio, repartidores groseros.

I ordered a gas tank on December 22.
Regularly the tank takes us a minimum month, maximum one month 1 week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He cargado gas por 3 años consecutivos... He recibido un buen servicio siempre. Llegan puntuales, llaman antes de llegar y los costos son mas o menos lo esperado. Siempre pago con tarjeta y recibo mi nota y factura el mismo día. al leer las otras opiniones no coinciden con el servicio que yo recibo. No he utilizado la APP de ellos siempre me comunico directamente a su centro de llamadas.
I have filled gas for 3 years in a row... I have always received good service. They arrive on time, they call before arriving and the costs are more or less than expected. I always pay by card and receive my note and invoice the same day. When reading the other opinions, they do not coincide with the service that I receive. I have not used their APP, I always contact their call center directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen servicio, pero porque no quieren dar ticket?, acaso hay momentos (tarde-noche) que es cuando roban. Espero pronto Profeco revise está situación. Y que la empresa no decaiga por culpa de sus empleados "hampones".
