Buenas instalaciones, la silla que se hace cama para el acompañante del hospitalizado es un lujo. Excellent service, all staff very attentive, polite in good humor, make the patient feel good. Good facilities, the chair that becomes a bed for the companion of the hospitalized is a luxury.

Se lavan las manos en cuanto pueden con tal de no dar el servicio o trámites o x cosa. It is like any hospital, tired and stressful. Most of your staff are nefarious (I'm not saying all of them). They wash their hands as soon as they can in order not to give the service or paperwork or anything.

Como en lo público el personal hace magia con los recursos q cuenta. Gracias a farmacia de Plaza la Salud facilita encontrar medicamentos e insumos. Level 3 hospital, new facilities, with opportunities for improvement for family members who accompany patients. Since it is literally away from everything. A	Almendra Rojas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperé 8 y 12 minutos en la linea de la farmacia para que me contestaran el teléfono. En la primera llamada de 8min me contestaron y dejaron el teléfono descolgado, hasta que les dije que tenía 8min esperando para ser ignorada y en seguida me colgaron. En la segunda llamada luego de 12min de espera por fin me atendió alguien. A parte de que no hay medicamento es muy triste y muy lamentable la atención en FARMACIA!!!! I waited 8 to 12 minutes in line at the pharmacy for the phone to be answered. In the first call of 8min they answered me and left the phone off the hook, until I told them that I had 8min waiting to be ignored and immediately they hung up on me. On the second call after 12 minutes of waiting, someone finally answered me. Apart from the fact that there is no medication, the attention in PHARMACY is very sad and very unfortunate!
J	Jacqueline Rogay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio en el area de urgencias dure 6 horas y como fue el cambio de turno no atendieron por que pasarian visita y se van todos los residentes con el medico y tardaron mas de 4 horas me tuve que ir a un particular ya que me comentaron que aun les faltaba y que no se podian retirar de la visita hasta que terminaran. Los pacientes con dolor y ellos todos haciendo bola, por que no se divide el personal para que sean atendidos los pacientes deben ser mas organizados con elpersonal. Terrible service in the emergency area lasted 6 hours and as it was the change of shift they did not attend because they would visit and all the residents leave with the doctor and it took more than 4 hours I had to go to a private individual since they told me that they still had some to go and that they could not withdraw from the visit until they finished. The patients with pain and them all making a ball, because the staff is not divided so that they are treated, the patients should be more organized with the staff.
