Excelente muy buena atención, no hagan caso a comentarios de desprestigio, tener en cuenta que es un hospital público de gobierno. Si quieren atención más partícular, existen hospitales privados. Pero este es de los mejores que he conocido. Felicidades al personal que labora ahí.

Excelentes instalaciones, el personal súper amable, cuenta con albergue, la entrada es muy restringida y la revisión minusiosa… En serio no parece de gobierno!!! Excelente personal muy profesional y humano, muy limpio y sobre todo eficiente.

Acudí a cita a las 7:40 am. Puntual la llegada te piden sea 10 min. Antes de tú cita, me atiende el médico de pediatría a las 10:40 am. Por si fuera poca la espera, el médico se quedo dormido en tres ocasiones. En farmacia no había medicamentos, la mayoría fuimos regresados con vales para surtir en centro de salud. Para sacar cita de laboratorio tienes que llevar hojas de no derechohabiencía y selladas por servicios, y en la fila te revisa el jefe de la oficina, lo cual es una perdida de tiempo, cuando debería de estar trabajando y no checando, si traes hojas de no derechohabiencia, se dirige a las personas de mala manera. A QUIEN CORRESPONDA: SURTAN LAS FARMACIAS DEL HOSPITAL, HOSP.MATERNO Y CENTRO DE SALUD. GRACIAS.

El peor hospital que he tenido el disgusto de visitar, no lo recomiendo para nada, el personal que te recibe te atiende de la peor manera posible, inclusive en el IMSS te brindan atención más rápida y humana. No pierdan el tiempo en este hospital

Un hospital de primera generación. Excelentes doctores, excelente atención. Su instalaciones de lo mejor. Mis respetos por quien apostó a la salud de Guanajuato con este gran y excelente hospital.

Great service

My father-in-law was admitted two days ago, put on a respirator. He is currently in stable critical condition as of yesterday evening. The hospital asked us not to call the unit directly to call the social workers department. Not a specific person but a department. I spoke to a social worker that indicates that they would call us at least twice a day 7am and 12pm to provide us with updates on my father in-law. It’s currently 3:50pm and no one has called. I’ve been calling since approximately 2pm, spoke with the social works and called the unit directly. All they say is this shifts Dr. needs time to complete his rounds. Now the social worker is telling me that there is no specific time for them to give our family updates. How can they give us instructions to not call and for us to wait for a call, and for them not to follow through. We are anxious and very sad and worried. My mother-in-law can’t sleep can’t eat she’s sitting by the phone waiting for a call that doesn’t come in. The passive aggressive way that this hospital deals with patient family’s is unacceptable. Especially when the patient is in critical condition and we have no access to him. They really need to find a better system.
