Los militares y la familia de estos están a merced de servidores publicos que no estan comprometidos ni con la institucion, ni con los pacientes y mucho menos, con la familia de los pacientes. Eso que se trata de militares. Que pobre servivio. Lastima de tanta vanagloria en vano de nuestros militares mexicanos Horrible, horrible service. The staff does not provide quality service. Mejoraron la atención y el sistema pero yo siempre que voy a mis citas por lo general son a las 9am está todo muy sucio, pensaba que por ser un lugar donde son muy estrictos y dónde se supone ay mucho orden tengan está falta de limpieza. The hospital and clinics increasingly dirty. Pésima 4t Radiografías cita para 6 meses, especialidad, si es que hay especialista igual, de 6 a un año, y hay que rezar porque el Dr no pida sus vacaciones en tu fecha. Me presenté al Triage COVID el día martes con síntomas temperatura dolor de cuerpo dolor de cabeza y ojos escurrimiento nasal dolor de garganta náuseas además sin olor ni sabor. Me tomaron una prueba pcr y antígeno. Me hicieron esperar 4 horas sintiéndome mal. El doctor que cambio de turno a las 8 de la noche se fue y me dejó ahí sin decirme siquiera que iba otro doctor a atenderme. A las casi 11 de la noche me dice otro doctor decidimos que solo le haríamos la pcr váyase a aislar a sus casa y en cuanto esté su prueba le avisamos. Me dieron una receta con paracetamol metamizol sódico y naproxeno . La cual tarde más de 30 minutos en cambiarla que por qué el de la farmacia estába haciendo una guardia en otro lugar. Hoy después de 3 días me dicen que vaya el lunes a primera hora por que mi prueba la echaron a perder que me la tienen que repetir. Yo sigo mala sin medicamento y ellos solamente con un usted disculpe. Pésimo servicio pésimo personal muy inhumanos. Ojalá este comentario llegué a ojos de autoridades del hospital y vean que por unos pocos la gran admiración que teníamos por ese hospital de está cayendo. Y que decir del servicio de limpieza ahí donde yo estuve en el triage había gotas de sangre. Señor director ojalá pudiera darse una vuelta por su hospital y ver todo lo que pasa dentro . Terrible service . I showed up for COVID Triage on Tuesday with symptoms of temperature, body aches, headache and eyes, runny nose, sore throat, nausea, and no smell or taste. I had a pcr and antigen test. They made me wait 4 hours feeling bad. The doctor who changed shifts at 8 at night left and left me there without even telling me that another doctor was going to see me. At almost 11 at night, another doctor told me, we decided that we would only do the pcr, go isolate yourself at home and as soon as your test is ready, we will let you know. I was given a prescription with acetaminophen metamizole sodium and naproxen. Which takes more than 30 minutes to change why the pharmacy was doing a guard in another place. Today after 3 days they tell me to go first thing Monday morning because they spoiled my test and they have to repeat it. I'm still sick without medicine and they only with you excuse me.
