★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesito ver a mi madre, el doctor Rodriguez no dejó el informe, cuando el día de ayer a mi hermana si le comento que podríamos ver a mi madre en los horarios establecidos para visitas.
Que poco profesional y ético de parte del doctor. Necesitan checar que los médicos dejen los reportes de visitas, no seré el primero ni el único que le ha pasado esto y tiene que viajar desde otro estado para ver a su familiar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi internamiento fue poco, pero te ayudan en lo que pueden. Las enfermeras son amables, hay mucha protección en cuanto a pabellón, no puede entrar ningún hombre al pabellón de mujeres y visebersa, más que enfermeros y doctores.
Si te aburres un poco, pero es lo que un paciente psiquiátrico necesita, tranquilidad, tiempo, ningún estrés.
El jardín es muy bonito.
Ojalá nunca tenga que volver a un lugar así, pero si sucede, quisiera que fuera aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi estancia no fue tan larga pero la pasé realmente bien, fue una grata experiencia y me ayudaron a reflexionar. El trato en general fue amable bajo ciertas excepciones pero menores. Agradezco al personal y sobre todo al Dr. Sotelo, siempre con una gran calidez humana que atiende y se gana el cariño de sus pacientes.
PD. Si el Dr. Sotelo lee esto, gracias por todo y ya no pude despedirme de usted y decirle que me adopte.
My stay was not that long but I had a really good time, it was a pleasant experience and they helped me to reflect. The treatment in general was friendly under certain but minor exceptions. I thank the staff and especially Dr. Sotelo, always with great human warmth who attends and wins the affection of his patients.
P.S. If Dr. Sotelo reads this, thank you for everything and I could no longer say goodbye to you and tell you to adopt me.

Siempre se preocuparon por mi salud . En consulta externa ,mi psicólogo era Octavio para mí el mejor. Y estando internada la psicóloga Verónica es muy buena también. Desafortunadamente me quedé sin empleo obvio sin el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de salir del hospital, mi estancia solo fue de 9 días ya que me ayudaron demasiado, enfermeras, psicóloga y psiquiatra super humanas, hubo una enfermera en particular que no recuerdo su nombre lamentablemente pero fue la que me ayudó muchísimo para integrarme y sanarme, la comida muy rica, la atención recibida estupenda, conocí mucha gente muy amables, lo recomiendo demasiado.
I just got out of the hospital, my stay was only 9 days since they helped me a lot, super human nurses, psychologist and psychiatrist, there was a nurse in particular whose name I don't remember unfortunately but she was the one who helped me a lot to integrate and heal, The food was very tasty, the attention received was great, I met many very friendly people, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año estuve ahí y el médico que me diagnosticó se tomó muy bien el tiempo para hacer sus preguntas sin hacerme sentir mal y me hizo sentir muy tranquila cuando tenía crisis.
No me agradó que no me dijera si habría necesidad de volverlo a ver ni se despidió pero fue muy agradable.
