Es mucho mejor buscar paquetes para viajes por tu cuenta; no ofrece valor agregado pagarles un extra para que al final no te resuelvan absolutamente nada para los problemas que surgen durante tu viaje. Por sentido común, si estás cobrando por un servicio debes de esforzarte por buscar la satisfacción del cliente, ellos sólo buscan excusas para no dar el servicio (eso sí, quieren pagos puntuales). PÉSIMO.
Nothing recommended. It is much better to search for travel packages on your own; It does not offer added value to pay them an extra so that in the end they do not solve absolutely anything for the problems that arise during your trip. By common sense, if you are charging for a service you should strive to seek customer satisfaction, they only look for excuses not to provide the service (yes, they want punctual payments). APPALLING.
