Llame al registro civil de Tlajomulco y me informaron que en este lugar podía realizar el trámite de un acta de nacimiento; me informaron vía telefónica sobre los requisitos y aún cuando los lleve completos, resultaron no ser suficientes, porque “ellos solicitan documentación adicional “. Por cierto! No tienen teléfono. Al final no pude concluir con el trámite. No creo que como contribuyentes y ciudadanos merezcamos esa pésima atención, no nos están haciendo un favor. B	Belén García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención a la población. cómo es posible que abran una oficina de tramites importantes a las 9 de la mañana y las señoras que están ahí, ti tienen ninguna empatía ni disposición de hacer su trabajo, deberían de mandarlas a tomar cursos de atención a usuarios, atención a clientes, cursos de empatía y sobre todo de como trabajar eficazmente, que lleguen temprano,que no coman dentro de las horas laborales, que atienden cordialmente que sean resolutivas, proactivas. Y los peritos que ahí van a cobrar deberían de estar presentes y no tener a las personas esperandolos horas solo para que él señor diga sí puede o no asistir a un evento a CUMPLIR CON SU TRABAJO, ¿que no tienen una agenda en donde se indique lo que tiene que hacer? ... si no quieren trabajar quítense de los cargos públicos que con tanta avaricia buscan, dejaselos a personas que sepan trabajar, que sepan resolver. Pésimo servicio, pésima atención, Pésima información... pero nos tenemos que aguantar y es injusto porque no hay quien resuelva y si ellos quieren seguir sentados en su macho de no atenderte siguen así- y la población es la que sale perdiendo como siempre... un llamado de atención a esos "servidores Públicos" que solo van a desayunar, tomar café y calentar sillas Terrible service and attention to the population.
