★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia todo el persona, fue muy amable en todo! El trámite que hice fue registrar a mi bebe y fue muy simple y rápido! Estos son los documentos que me pidieron:
*Certificado de nacimiento oficial
*Acta de nacimiento de los papás o acta de matrimonio si están casados
*INE de los papás y dos testigos (ahí te indican cómo debe de ser la copia)
*Llenar una presolicitud que ahí mismo te dan
 In my experience the whole person was very kind in everything! The procedure I did was to register my baby and it was very simple and fast! These are the documents they asked me for:
* Official birth certificate
* Parents' birth certificate or marriage certificate if they are married
* INE of the parents and two witnesses (they tell you how the copy should be)
* Fill out a pre-application that they give you right there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El juez a cargo de este registro es un abusivo pues para casarte te pide que le pagues 1700 pesos a el, aparte del pago que realizas para el municipio! Se justifica diciendo q son sus gastos personales! ?? Ojalá alguien me oriente donde puedo denunciarlo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te piden una cuota extra de $200 pesos que según ellas es para el juez por ir a casarte (al registro civil) siendo que ya pagaste el monto indicado en la hoja ?
Y eso no te lo cobran en tesorería claro, se lo quedan ellas HDP.
They ask you for an extra fee of $200 pesos, which according to them is for the judge for going to get married (to the civil registry) since you have already paid the amount indicated on the sheet ?
And they don't charge you for that in the treasury of course, they keep it for HDP.
