★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por que no contestan los teléfonos?? Si quiere uno hacer una consulta de otra ciudad para un tramite en sus oficinas, no hay modo de que te contesten. Muy desgastante.
Why don't they answer the phones? If you want to make a query from another city for a procedure in their offices, there is no way they will answer you. Very exhausting.
