Y veo a tres sin hacer nada. Que mal servicio. Solo porque no me queda otra más que venir aquí.
30 minutes waiting, finally it's my turn to request my certificate and the lady who attends me is more concerned about talking on a cell phone than looking for it.
And I see three doing nothing. What a bad service. Just because I have no choice but to come here.

Mi padre fue hasta cordoba para solicitar un documento, el tipo que lo atendio le comento que todo estaba bien y que se le entregaria en 4 dias habiles con base a eso mi papa compro el boleto de avion de regreso para 2 dias despues de la supuesta entrega de documento... y al final resulta que no le podian dar el documento ahi que todo el tramite se tenia que hacer en Amatlan de los Reyes!!! Por culpa de esos ineptos perdio el boleto de avion y camion cuando desde el PRINCIPIO pudieron haber comentado que ahi no iba a proceder y asi mi papa se hubiera ido directo a Amatlan... pero como no es su tiempo ni dinero ni esfuerzo les vale... creen que pueden jugar con el tiempo de las personas gente sin principios ni valores
Totally inept people working in that place!! My father went to Cordoba to request a document, the guy who attended him told him that everything was fine and that it would be delivered to him in 4 business days based on that, my father bought the return plane ticket for 2 days after the supposed delivery of document... and in the end it turns out that they couldn't give him the document there that all the paperwork had to be done in Amatlan de los Reyes!!! Because of those incompetents, he lost his plane and truck ticket when from the BEGINNING they could have commented that he was not going to proceed there and so my father would have gone straight to Amatlan... but since it is not his time, money or effort, it is worth it ... they believe that people without principles or values can play with people's time
