Les falta que puedan dar información vía telefónica. También les falta que en el módulo de información otorguen turnos o pongan un método de registro, ya que al llegar te dicen que preguntes quien es el último y hay desorganización y malos entendidos. En mi caso fue una rectificación de acta de defunción y dan respuesta en 10 días. La deficiencia que tienen es que nunca contestan el teléfono, puedes llamar todo el día y nada. Con todo y eso, en mis 2 visitas se resolvió el tema y no tardé más de 1 hora a la espera. Hay que ir temprano porque reparten fichas hasta las 10:00 am y siempre hay mucha gente.
