Dos letreros en cada ventanilla que dicen lo opuesto: nacimientos y abajo defunciones y en otra ventanilla defunciones y abajo nacimientos, no tienen ni para quitar los letreros más viejos. Un asco todo el lugar. La información que te dan los funcionarios incompleta.
