★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, pones que abierto hasta las 15 hrs y la señora que esta atendiendo te dice que a las 2 cierran, llegas y si no tienen ganas de imprimirte un acta te dicen que NO hay sistema. Ya se parecen a los oxxos.
Terrible service, you put that it is open until 3:00 p.m. and the lady who is attending tells you that at 2 they close, you arrive and if they do not want to print a certificate they tell you that there is NO system. They already look like oxxos.

ESTABA MARCANDO Y MARCANDO MÁS DE 15 VECES PARA SOLCITAR INFORMES Y NUNCA CONTESTARON
Y EN LA ULTIMA LLAMADA SOLO LEVANTARON EL TELEFONO, NO DIJERON NADA Y TERMINÓ LA LLAMADA, DESPUES VOLVI A MARCAR Y DICE LINA OCUPADA (OSEA QUE DEJARON DESCOLGADO EL TELEFONO) ESE TIPO DE PERSONAS NO DEBERIAN DE ESTAR LABORANDO EN ESAS OFICINAS, SON PARA EL SERVICIO DE LA COMUNICAD NO PARA IRSE A ENCLIMAR TODO EL DIA SIN HACER NADA. YA ESCALÉ LA SITUACIÓN A MUNICIPIO Y GRABE LA ACCION A VER SI CON ESO HACEN UN ACCIÓN CORRECTIVA.
IT SEEMS THEY HAVE OQUIS'S PHONE
I WAS DIALING AND DIALING MORE THAN 15 TIMES TO REQUEST REPORTS AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED
AND ON THE LAST CALL THEY JUST PICKED UP THE PHONE, THEY DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING AND THE CALL ENDED, THEN I DIALED AGAIN AND SAYS LINA BUSY (HOSE THEY LEFT THE PHONE OFFHOOK) THOSE KIND OF PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THOSE OFFICES COMMUNICATION SERVICE NOT TO GO TO CLIMATE ALL DAY WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING. I ALREADY ESCALATED THE SITUATION TO THE MUNICIPALITY AND RECORD THE ACTION TO SEE IF THEY DO A CORRECTIVE ACTION WITH THAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la Atencion dicen que dentro de tres semanas habrá servicio de tramites de actas de nacimiento y te dicen que te dirijas a el ciber y papelería los envían allí no se porque... que tienen enfrente de la oficialía el costo es de 100 pesos es un robo?
