La oficial desconoce los procedimientos, trabajo en el Municipio y acaba de llegar una señora quejándose debido que quiere registrar a una bebé que nacio en la ciudad de Morelia y la oficial le negó el registro porque dice que la deben registrar en la ciudad de morelia porque ahí nació!!!
Personalmente al tramitar un acta de defunción me tardo dos semanas llevarlo a acabo.
