The staff appears to be friendly, however they give you a sermon about their work pressure instead of answering questions, while outside the citizens no one knows whether to stand in the long line or where to settle down ... the worst thing is to put up with it because the procedure you need ...

En mi opinión carece de la inspiración de confianza, cordialidad, respeto, generosidad y cortesía hacia la ciudadanía, la tomaría en cuenta como la del más pésimo servicio. The service by the public servants who serve in this office leaves much to be desired, their behavior is rude, impatient and not very supportive towards users, it is difficult to obtain a timely response to questions about the procedures and complaints. In my opinion it lacks the inspiration of trust, cordiality, respect, generosity and courtesy towards citizenship, I would take it into account as the most terrible service.

Lamentables servidores PUBLICOS, olvidan que su salario sale de nuestros impuestos que son nuestros empleados. Ojalá el nuevo gobernador cepille a todas esas lacras PANistas. Terrible attention from the staff, it seems that they are doing you a favor. Unfortunate PUBLIC servants, they forget that their salary comes from our taxes that are our employees. I hope the new governor brushes away all those PANist scourges.

Aparte el teléfono que proporcionan no contestan tengo 3 días marcando y no contestan. Para qué proporcionan número telefónico si no van a contestar????? Pésima y nefasta experiencia. Recurran a otra Oficialia si necesitan un servicio. Terrible care I received from Staff, they treat people as if they were doing us a favor, the service I asked for cost me money they did not give me for free, I regret that the service I needed could only be provided there. Apart from the phone they provide they do not answer I have been dialing for 3 days and they do not answer. Why provide a phone number if they won't answer???? Terrible and disastrous experience. Go to another Official if you need a service.
