The staff does not have the proper knowledge and ask for documents that they themselves can not explain me that Salvadorians dijieron Passports are illegal and not valid as identification in taumalipas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No avisan con tiempo que cerrarán, voy otro día faltando a trabajar porque se que se tardan años en atender y resulta que no hacen mi trámite hasta el 20 o sea en 15 días más. Llevo meses retrasando mis demás trámites solo por la ineptitud del registro civil. Pésimos!
They do not notify in time that they will close, I go another day missing work because I know that it takes years to attend and it turns out that they do not do my procedure until the 20th, that is, in 15 more days. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato, las actas son más caras que en las otras oficialias, ah y hay como no queriendo se quedan 3 pesitos por persona con la excusa de que no tienen feria.
Terrible treatment, the certificates are more expensive than in the other official offices, oh and there's how they don't want to keep 3 pesos per person with the excuse that they don't have a fair.
