Hice lo anterior con los datos solicitados y no he recibido respuesta de "confirmación de recibido" , marqué al número telefónico indicado en la página de la DGRC EM y no contestan dentro del horario laboral. Es una pena que por la incapacidad de un grupo de personas no se tenga un sistema eficiente dentro del registro civil mexicano. Se nota que estoy en el Estado de México, empleados con mucha carga de trabajo, ya no dejaron pasar a nadie después de mi, solo quien ya tenía trámites o actas por recoger.
