 They should update the phone number and email, additionally all the records should already be digitized, so the procedures can be done faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. De preferencia haga cita. Las personas son amables. Como toda instancia pública, siempre hay que esperar pero al final el personal atiende de buena manera. Se ofrece servicio de fotografía por si usted quiere recordar ese bonito momento al firmar de que se casó o de que oficialmente le puso nombre al niño. Si va a registrar a un recién nacido, tome en cuenta que el acta de nacimiento de los padres no la devuelven (ellos se las quedan). Por cierto, aquí nos trataron muy bien comparado con el registro civil de satélite que te tratan pésimo.
Excellent service. Preferably make an appointment. People are nice. Like any public instance, you always have to wait but in the end the staff attends in a good way. Photography service is offered in case you want to remember that beautiful moment when you sign that you got married or that you officially named the child. If you are going to register a newborn, take into account that the parents' birth certificate does not return it (they keep it). By the way, here they treated us very well compared to the satellite civil registry who treat you terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble la ineficiencia que existe en los trabajadores encargados de la captura de datos, Uno se acerca a arreglar una cosa que capturaron mal y cuando revisas la corrección de tus datos ya cambiaron otra cosa que no tenían que corregir o tocar en absoluto, estoy anonadada de lo decepcionante y deplorable que es el servicio.
It is incredible the inefficiency that exists in the workers in charge of data capture, One comes to fix one thing that they captured wrong and when you check the correctness of your data they already changed something else that they did not have to correct or touch at all, I am stunned how disappointing and deplorable the service is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en el 2018 solicite que registraran mi acta para poderla sacar digital. Me dijeron que hablara después. Luego me dijeron que ya estaba... y la capturaron con el apellido de mi abuela... después me dijeron que lo corregían y que llamara después. Luego cerraron 2 años por pandemia. Por fin me respondieron la semana pasada y la persona que me contesto me dijo que hablara el día 11... porque el día primero de mayo no trabajaban y el 10 de mayo tampoco, y que ella no veía esos tramites. Que la persona que los veía estaba abajo y que ahí no tenían teléfono. Y que si no, que mejor fuera (cabe decir que yo vivo a 5 horas de la ciudad).
Casi tres años después, han sido incapaces de darme la cadena digital que me solicitan para poder imprimir mi acta. Y no hay quien responda, se responsabilice o ayude a la ciudadanía. PESIMO SERVICIO. Son todo menos servidores públicos
In 2018, I requested that they record my minutes so that I could take them digitally. They told me to speak later. Then they told me that it was over... and they captured it with my grandmother's last name... then they told me that they would correct it and that I should call later. Then they closed 2 years due to a pandemic. They finally answered me last week and the person who answered told me to speak on the 11th... because on May 1st they didn't work and on May 10th they didn't work either, and that she didn't see those procedures. That the person who saw them was downstairs and that they didn't have a telephone there. And if not, what better way to go (it must be said that I live 5 hours from the city).
Almost three years later, they have been unable to give me the digital chain that they request in order to print my record. And there is no one who responds, takes responsibility or helps citizens. TERRIBLE SERVICE. They are everything except public servants
