Lo recomendable es que si quieres sacar una acta, lleves el pago ya realizado, con la línea de captura, de lo contrario tendrás que ir a conseguir la línea de captura y después ir al Oxxo o al 7eleven para realizar tu pago, para después regresar a sacar tu acta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario es de 8 am a 3 PM pero vayan antes de las 2:40 por qué sino ya no te atienden, pues hacen corte de caja, si les llega a suceder como a mi que ya no alcance y solicitan una copia certificada de acta , pueden acudir al centro de atención ciudadana que está dentro de la comer de Mixcoac, a unas dos cuadras del registro civil. sonn rápidos y eficientes ese mismo día me dieron mi acta.

Pésimo servicio.
