Te dicen que en cualquier registro civil (ya que ahora todoscuentan con un sistema de base de datos nacional) y vas y te dicen que no pueden ahi, que vayas a otro lugar. Vuelves a llamar molesto para reclamar que te hicieron dar la vuelta y te vuelven a decir que si pueden. Te regresas al registro civil para reclamar y pedir nombres de los funcionarios que se niegan a hacer tu tramite y ahora si resulta que ya pueden y lo hacen, con excusillas burocraticas ineptas, perolo hacen! They don't want to do their job, ?. One calls before going to confirm where to go. They tell you that in any civil registry (since now they all have a national database system) and you go and they tell you that they cannot there, that you go somewhere else. You call again annoyed to claim that they made you turn around and they tell you again that they can. You go back to the civil registry to claim and ask for the names of the officials who refuse to do your paperwork and now if it turns out that they can and do, with inept bureaucratic excuses, but they do!
