Terrible service, the registry officer is never there and the ladies who are so there do and collect what they want .... public servants where they do everything except serve the population, aside from being rude ... a terrible experience never to return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He de ser sincero, esperaba una mala atención pero la verdad fue lo contrario llegué antes de las hora y abrieron puntuales a las 9am, me pasaron rapido y la señora Mary me atendió muy bien ayudándome en todo, en 10min. Max, termine todo mi trámite.
I have to be honest, I was expecting bad attention but the truth was otherwise I arrived before the hours and they opened punctually at 9am, they passed me quickly and Mrs. Mary attended me very well helping me in everything, in 10min. Max, I finished all my paperwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de la mujer a cargo, piden sacar cita por teléfono pero no contestan las llamadas y si vas personalmente a sacar la cita te dicen de una manera bastante grosera, que no hay cupo hasta una o dos semanas después, el horario que están manejando es de 10am a 2pm y no de 9 a 3 como se menciona en Google
Terrible attitude of the woman in charge, they ask to make an appointment by phone but they do not answer the calls and if you go personally to make the appointment they tell you in a quite rude way, that there is no space until one or two weeks later, the schedule they are managing It is from 10am to 2pm and not from 9 to 3 as mentioned in Google

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la mujer encargada de registrar una sra ya medió vieja no registro a mo bb x q se fue al doctor y su compañero q no tenía sistema , pero si estaban sacando actas de nacimiento como esas si las cobran ahí si estaban atendiendo q pena la verdad parece q no les pagan con esa pésima actitud
Terrible service from the woman in charge of registering a woman who is already half old, she did not register a mo bb because she went to the doctor and her partner did not have a system, but if they were taking out birth certificates like that, they did charge them there if they were taking care of it, what a pity It really seems that they don't get paid with that lousy attitude
