Al parecer todos los que trabajan para el gobierno son así, que lastima de persona.
Poor service, the little person at the reception seems to be upset, who is deep in his life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las encargadas de recibir la documentación te orientan poco y cuando haces el pago quieren que a fuerza sea en banco yo hice mi pago en banca digital y su sistema es precario no lo actualizan, querían que hiciera otro pago, les pedí actualizarán su sistema para que se refleje mi pago y se molestaron, me hicieron esperar cuatro días y cuando les llamé me hicieron esperar aún cada hora por seis horas más!!! Por el bendito pago digital uno queriendo ahorrar tiempo y ellos con sus retrasos. Mal servicio actualizar su personal y sistema
The people in charge of receiving the documentation give you little guidance and when you make the payment they want it to be at the bank, I made my payment in digital banking and their system is precarious, they don't update it, they wanted me to make another payment, I asked them to update their system so My payment is reflected and they got upset, they made me wait four days and when I called them they made me wait even every hour for six more hours !!!
