★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El registro está dentro de la plaza, lo aclaro por si estas por acudir, el servicio parece ser rápido, pero NO, tuvieron que pasar 7 días para obtener una copia de acta de matrimonio, (En el sistema no se encuentran actas de matrimonios celebrados en Ixtapaluca). La única mujer que atiende ahí es poco amable por no decir grosera, mientras que los demás trabajadores son completamente distintos. SUERTE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo en todas las oficinas de gobierno, el servicio varía, hay quien te atiende bien y quién no pero en cuestión de trámites cumple, eso sí hay que ir temprano pues el horario solo es de 9 a 3 de la tarde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a solicitar que modificarán un error que tenía mi acta de nacimiento, a lo cual la persona que me atendió me cuestionó como si yo hubiera sido la que capturó mal los datos, le pregunté cuánto tiempo tardaba su gran respuesta fue "no se" quedó en llamar cuando estuviera corregida el acta, cosa que nunca sucedió. Mejor busque por mi cuenta si ya estaba porque me urgía. Pésimo servicio deberían de capacitar a su personal para ofrecer un servicio bien después de todo para eso es que están contratados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un trato pésimo, hay mucha gente porque atrasan todo por el mal servicio, hasta para la simple entrega de actas hasta despues de una hora te las entregan, la semana pasada no había servicio, nefasto todo el trato, el servicio y la gente, solo pérdida de tiempo lo que pueden hacer en quince minutos te lo tardan una hora, y su trato déspota y prepotente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdón por lo que voy a decir, no sé si todo el personal de igual de déspota pero el señor que me atendió es un inumano fui a preguntar los requisitos, de un trámite y de una manera déspota se dirigió a mi limitándose a darme alguna información haciendome dar más vueltas, cuando se supone que ellos están para apoyar y ayudar ala ciudadanía, terminó dando mi opinión, si tienes un trabajo dónde recibes un salario que es apoyo para tu vida diaria dedica tu mejor esfuerzo en llevarlo acabo y si nadamás está para cobrar deja que otra gente que necesita el trabajo haga tal ves mejor, tu trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden de mala gana. Sí realizaron mi trámite pero con un tedio y un mal humor increíbles. No entiendo porque, les va bien, tienen un horario súper cómodo y aún así atienden horrible. Pobres personas, han de ser muy infelices.
They attend reluctantly. They did go through my paperwork but with incredible boredom and bad humor. I do not understand why, they are doing well, they have a super comfortable schedule and still they serve horrible. Poor people, they must be very unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un trato pésimo , las personas no están capacitadas para resolver tus requerimientos , te traen vuelta y vuelta porque nunca están los licenciados para poder firmarte los papeles.
Piensan que tienen derecho de jugar con el tiempo de la gente y sus necesidades , estos ineptos comen de nuestro impuestos y ni así te tratan con educación y eficacia
They have a lousy treatment, people are not trained to resolve your requirements, they bring you back and forth because the graduates are never there to sign the papers for you.
They think they have the right to play with people's time and their needs, these incompetents eat our taxes and even then they do not treat you politely and efficiently.
