El personal te trata como si fueras a hacerles un favor, siendo que casi todos los servicios tienen un costo adicional. Tardan días! En entregarte una simple constancia que en otros registros tardan minutos. If I could define that place with one word, it would be: INCOMPETENCE. Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy que fuí a sacar unas actas primero no había nadie en la entrada para atender por que con esto de la pandemia ya no se permite el paso a la oficina, hasta después vino la persona que debería haber estado ahí desde un principio, me tardaron una hora para que por fin me las entregarán están tardando demasiado y casi me regresan de catastro (cuando fuí a pagar) por que les había faltado un número en una de las hojas, pienso que no se vale deberían de tener personal bien capacitado para evitar eso y por último entregaron primero el acta a una persona que llegó después cómo 10 o 20 minutos después que yo, todo mal. Y como no saben o no quieren hacer su trabajo simplemente te mandan a otras instancias a "revisar que todo esté en orden". Si van a meter a trabajar a personal sin conocimientos en informática, por favor capacítenlos, por qué de nada sirve que contemos con ciertas instancias si no saben o no quieren realizar su chamba.
