★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to get copies of my parents’ birth certificates. Easy process the only problem is the long line. The attendant said it’s not too busy after 3pm. Wish they had self service machines. Seems like we could get our own copies ourselves without the hassle of waiting an hour or so. Lady there was friendly and helpful.
