Estoy recurriendo a estas oficinas porque en la oficialía de Tampico ni responden y no atienden, pedí de favor que alguien fuera porque yo vivo en otro estado, y solamente salen y dicen que ya no van a atender, cuando hay mucha gente esperando, no se organizan ni dan turnos.... Espero puedan optimizar sus actividades para que den un mejor servicio. Will the offices have some other phone number ??? I call and they don't answer. J	J G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corrigieron en mi acta la nacionalidad de mis papas, cotejan el acta original digital y validan si es factible el cambio en menos de 15minutos. Para cambios de apellidos es con juridico y ahí es con cita. Son muy amables y explican bien. Iba por mi pasaporte y tenia pendiente la correccion, quedo todo en tiempo para mi cita el mismo dia en SRE. They corrected the nationality of my parents in my certificate, they check the original digital certificate and validate if the change is feasible in less than 15 minutes. For surname changes it is with a legal person and there it is by appointment. They are very friendly and explain well. I was going for my passport and the correction was pending, everything was on time for my appointment the same day at SRE.

Centralizan procesos lo que genera exceso de demanda en tanto las Oficialias Primera y Segunda están sin demanda. La exigencia de los trámites es demasiada. Son horas de espera. Ningún funcionario está presente para dirigir la operación del día de trabajo. Without excessive official measures due to the former Covid pandemic, in the Civil Registry, General Directorate, they maintain strict measures leaving people of all ages, with limitations and disabilities, out in the open. They centralize processes which generate excess demand while the First and Second Officials are without demand. The formalities are too demanding. It's hours of waiting. Y hay personas que no saben usarlos y tardan mucho y no hay quien los ayude.... Hasta que uno de los que estamos haciendo fila les ayudamos, porque si no lo hacemos nosotros mismos se tarda mucho la persona pues no sabe como,,, necesita que alguien del registro civil ponga una persona para agilizar el proceso y que funcionen los 2 cajeros? Nesecito que corrijan mi acta ahora resulta que cambiaron mi nombre no una ves si no tres veces tres errores para gente que contratan!!!!!!!! Alguien sabe de algun lugar aparte de este que puedan ayudarme I'm calling from the United States and no one ever answers, isn't there anyone working??
