Solo me llamo la atención que para registrar a un bebé de padres extranjeros se complico mucho ya que el sistema no tenía en las opciones el lugar de donde era originario el papá y no dejó ponerlo manual. Fue super complicado lograrlo pero la persona que nos atendió hizo todo hasta lograrlo. Good attention. Resolutive in many respects. The only thing that caught my attention was that registering a baby from foreign parents was very complicated since the system did not have in the options the place where the father was from and did not allow it to be set manually. It was super difficult to achieve it but the person who attended us did everything to achieve it.

Ahora salen con la novedad por no decir otra palabra que ellos ya no dan actas de nacimiento, ni ningún tipo de actas. Ahora te mandas a lugares lejanos, como ando las tramitologias. Una señora se quejaba de las vueltas que le hacen dar y yo igual ando en las mismas. Mínimo que informen a la población de los cambios burocráticos que hacen. Se crean y se crean áreas solo para poner a gente que cobre pero el servicio sigue igual de pésimo, mínimo que sea de calidad. Anunciar en la radio, en la TV, en los periódicos, en las páginas oficiales etc... Porque micha gente requiere de estos papeleos y no conocen los lugares donde nos mandan y aunado a ello los costos de los servicios de transporte. The truth is pure bureaucracy. Now they come out with the novelty, to say the least, that they no longer issue birth certificates, or any type of certificate. Now you send yourself to distant places, as I go through the paperwork. A lady complained about the turns they make her take and I still walk in them. At least they inform the population of the bureaucratic changes they make. Areas are created and created just to put people who charge but the service is still just as bad, minimum quality. Advertise on the radio, on TV, in the newspapers, on the official pages etc... Because many people require these paperwork and do not know the places where they send us and added to this the costs of transportation services.

Verdad muy amables y me asesoraron de muy buena manera, no logre realizar mi trámite por otra situación pero es admirable como te atienden por eso me gusta Yucatan. I was very well attended by. Truly very kind and they advised me in a very good way, I did not manage to carry out my procedure for another situation but it is admirable how they attend you for that reason I like Yucatan.
