Es una pena que sean tan insensibles con la situación provocada por la pandemia. Quiero emplacar mi automóvil y me piden una carta del banco firmada y sellada, desafortunadamente las oficinas del banco están en homeoffice por contingencia y NO están proporcionado este documento. Hable con el coordinador Jesús Hernández del Registro de Control Vehícular y No dan ninguna flexibilidad a pesar de que presenté una carta digital expedida oficialmente por el banco. Es una pena que no sean comprensibles ante esta situación.

Servicio nefasto llevo tres días viniendo por q cada individuo tiene su punto de vista de cómo hacer el trámite. El coordinador acaba de amenazar a la gente de sacarla por aplaudir. Perdón que alguien le informe el delito que cometería por ser servidor público y dar ese tipo de órdenes!!! Retrógrada y súper reprobable su actitud. Mejor q capacite bien a su gente. Y que alguien les enseñe lo q es dar un servicio

Una total mentira lo qdicen en los medios; el tramite no es ligero tenes qir desde temprano a hacer cola aun pagues por internet; ya qno hay citas. Te echas tus 3hrs minimo; aparte la atn a discapacitados y 3ra edad; le dan preferencia a otros. Como son los de las agenvias ford izusu ?; mala coordinacinacion y el personal no te da la imformacion completa y consisa. Te hacen perder el time; la de cajas no sabe como generar tu pago en ceros; (reemplacamiento; si pusizte tu caŕro en orden en febrero hoy no te cuestan); la de verificacion de documentos no sabe como generar tu pago si pagaste por internet; osea un mundo de gente pero no las capacitaron como debiera para dar la atencion e informacion para todo ezte proceso. En mi opinion; 24 cajas verificadoras de documentacion dividirlas en pagadas por internet; motos; carros; flotillas y/agencias. Asi se atenderian a mas gente en menos tiempo. Asi mismo el modulo de entregas de placas; al igual qlas cajas habilitar una o dos cajas unicamente para la generacion del pago realizado por internet y el pago en 000. No creen??¡!¡

Cero conciencia del tiempo que le hacen perder a la gente que tenemos que pedir el día en el trabajo para salir de ahí en 5 horas y sin la garantía de que aprueben el trámite. Pocos empleados tienen la actitud de apoyar a los contribuyentes quienes pagamos impuestos para que ellos tengan un trabajo y un sueldo.

Pesima atencion por parte de todos no son claros en sus requisitos, a mi mama le negaron el tramite de cambio de placas de otro estado al de Yucatan tan solo por no tener un comprobante de domicilio a su nombre de aqui del Estado, en fin aqui en Yucatan presumen grandezas el gobernador pero sus tramites son un asco, se quejan de la cdmx y el edomex y estan peor con estos modos. Asi trabajan aqui la burocracia del pan .

Buenas instalaciones y atención del personal. Los trámites son muy lentos. Es aconsejable llegar a las 5 de la mañana o antes para irse antes del mediodía.
