★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajan personas dedicadas como en todos lados, igual te encuentras con personas desubicadas que no quieren trabajar mucho. Los guardias quieren ayudar y a veces "no te entienden", y creen que todo lo arregla una licenciada, cuando es en otra área donde se soluciona nuestra petición. Gracias por su trabajo.
Dedicated people work like everywhere else, even if you find yourself with misplaced people who do not want to work a lot. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto al local, es un lugar muy chico, pocas sillas de espera, espacios demasiado reducidos. Si tienen un órden en cuanto a la atención pero resulta muy incómodo, tanto la espera antes de entrar(te hacen estar en fila a la intemperie), como adentro ya que como he dicho es muy incómodo.
As for the premises, it is a very small place, few waiting chairs, too small spaces. If they have an order in terms of attention but it is very uncomfortable, both wait for it before entering (they make you stand in line outside), and inside, since as I said it is very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte de los dos guardias que están a la entrada (saben tratar e informar adecuadamente), aunque pésimo trabajo el de los empleados del interior, más aún los que se encargan de entregar la copia del documento que se tramita; deberían tener un mejor desempeño, sobre todo por la cuestión de los trámites en línea, ésta oficina ya no tiene mucha razón de existir, ya que hasta los pagos requeridos pueden hacerse por vía internet. Cuidando al público, cuidan su trabajo.
