Ni te da solución a tu tramite, ni tampoco te deja entrar a las oficinas para preguntar mas información. Se supone que por eso va uno a solicitar información. Al solicitar algún trámite la respuesta es rápida. Tienen un horario específico para la entrega de documentos de 13:30 a 14:30 hrs. Este es el único lugar donde me puedo quejar! >>> Les recomiendo hasta las personas interesadas qué después de una o dos semanas se acercan al registro público para solicitar el documento que están pidiendo ellos los apoyarán a instrucciones para bajarlo directamente. No hagan caso a que les va a llegar un correo porque nunca les llega hay que ir a más tardar en 2 semanas. Saludos.

En la entrada te dan información de tu tramite. Por el tema de la pandemia todo lo que sea generar un certificado tienes que hacerlo en linea. Todo lo demás lo puedes hacer aquí. A una cuadra del RPP esta banco Afirme que es donde se hacen los pagos de derechos, así que puedes ir, pagar, y regresar inmediatamente a seguir con tu tramite. El personal que me atendió es amable.
