★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es sumamente lento; las empleadas parecen no saber de trámite so no querer darte informes, las que están en la entrada y a la derecha con su peor cara te atienden, les preguntas algo y se te quedan viendo cómo si no hablaran ni español; pésimo el servicio. Lastima de oficinas nuevas, mejor invertir el dinero en capacitar bien al personal, el trámite que hagas mínimo 2 a 3 horas te tardan. Cuando no hay mucha gente. Muy mal servicio de verdad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy literalmente en espera desde hace más de una hora y solo han avanzado 2 turnos, faltan dos turnos más para llegar al mío (16)… No es posible que sean casi las 11 de la mañana y solo hayan atendido 14 turnos, son la dependencia más ineficiente, nefasta, lenta e incapaz de todo el gobierno del estado de Guanajuato.
Deberían de capacitarlos o despedirlos a todos.
Es increíble la falta de atención que reina en esta dependencia.
I have literally been on hold for more than an hour and they have only advanced 2 shifts, there are two more shifts to go to get to mine (16) ... It is not possible that it is almost 11 in the morning and they have only attended 14 shifts, they are the dependency most inefficient, nefarious, slow and incapable of the entire government of the state of Guanajuato.
They should train or fire them all.
The lack of attention that reigns in this dependency is incredible.
