Pésimo servicio. Cuando no sieve la impresora y te mandan de regreso sin ayudarte, te hacen esperar mucho tiempo y la vez anterior que viniste no te dijeron que faltaba algo que ellos no habían hecho. En suma, tienes que venir 3 o 4 veces a hacer algo que debió estar en de una sola vez

Hay que estar al pendiente de los avisos y los trámites cuandi se pueden realizar. Por el momento hay poco personal y el servicio es lento pero hay que tener paciencia.

Fui a solicitar un tramite de una liberacion de gravamen y me dijeron que en 10 dias estaba. Por la urgencia que tenia acudi a los 6 dias para saber si ya estaba. Obviamente la atencion pesima de mal caracter y comiendo todas las empleadas de ahi. Dijeron que si lo queria urgente debia pagar 100 pesos adicionales a los 460 que me cobraron. Y si en realidad muy urgente serian 200. Por la urgencia , tuve que pagar los 200 que ni RECIBO ME DIERON y lo mas curioso es que el tramite ya estaba listo solo tuvo que buscarlo donde tardo 5 min y me lo entrego. POR ESO ESTAMOS COMO ESTAMOS

Ojo ahora atienden con distinto modo por la pandemia: lunes a miércoles de 8am a 1pm reciben documentos (ya no se pueden llenar ahí) Jueves y viernes entrega de documentos Martes miércoles y jueves consulta de archivos Ustedes pidan el formato de lo que necesitan, le sacan copia, lleven copias de su ine y se hace el pago en el fasti que está a 3 cuadras hay copias al frente. 2 copias de cada cosa con el pago. Si van a consultar necesitan ine y copia de su ine, sólo dan poco tiempo menos de 20 min por persona y hay un número de turnos por día así que mentalicen de llegar temprano y pasar muchas horas. Ya no hay “express” todo tarda de 10 a 15 días hábiles

Como toda dependencia de gobierno, solo que aquí sí es de las retrodadas, con las peores medidas sanitarias, no existe la sana distancia ni el respeto por lo que hacen fila, es más importante una foto grupa o el color de rimen que los señores de la 3ra. Edad haciendo fila, pesimo servicio

Demasiada lenta la atención te hacen venir varias veces por la falta de coordinación y por la falta de gente un tanto más competente por un trámite sencillo te tardas dos horas en un tedioso proceso que puede ser de solo cuando mucho 15 minutos
