Por ello la expedición de certificados, por ejemplo, son de expedición pronta, no así la inscripción de Instrumentos de cambio de propietario de bienes raíces, porque los Libros de Propiedad están en Morelia. La inscripción del Registro de Comercio también es muy eficiente y rápido. No obstante lo anterior, es preciso acudir a esa Oficina lo más temprano posible y con disposición de tiempo, ya que los trámites no son instantáneos como muchos quieren pensar.
