★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mi cita en llave cdmx y respetaron el horario. Tuve el error de olvidar las unicas copias que tenia para respaldo propio, regrese y me las facilitaron sin ningún problemas. Confirmo que en el pedir esta el dar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De la atención del trámite en sí, no tengo mucha mas queja que la burocracia a la que estamos mal acostumbrados, entre 20 y 40 días ven "a ver" si tu trámite está listo, si no regresa después.....hoy, 1.5 meses después de iniciado mi trámite y haber obtenido respuesta, hay 3 cosas que se me hicieron una falta de respeto a los ciudadanos que estábamos ahí esperando.
1) Si llegan al mismo tiempo que el panadero de triciclo, pues van a tener que esperar, porque sale toooodaaaa la oficina x su pan y café. El ciudadano, pos que espere... Conté al menos a 12 personas salir a comprar.
2) "tiene que ir a la papelería, pedir una linea de captura por copa simple de $3.00 MXN, pagarla en OXXO y volver"... Costo por la "impresión" de la línea de captura $20.00 pesos + $1.50 de la copia de la línea con tu recibo de pago de $3.00.
3) Neta?, tienes que firmar de recibido un documento y son incapaces de prestarte una pluma "salga a ver si alguien allá a fuera le presta una" Tienen miedo de que se las roben, átenlas...

3) Neta?, you have to sign a document and they are unable to lend you a pen "go see if someone out there lends you one" They are afraid that they will be stolen, tie them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que dio informes fue muy amable. Me ofreció atención sin cita, tal vez porque iba acompañando a una persona de la tercera edad.
Fui a sacar copias de mis documentos porque no fue suficiente con los originales. Cuando volví con las copias, la funcionaria que recibe documentos me echó en cara estarme atendiendo sin cita. Es frustrante y molesto este tipo de contrariedades pero, después de todo, fue posible ingresar mi solicitud.
Deberé regresar por una respuesta a mi solicitud en 30 a 40 días.
Es un proceso tardado. Entiendo que los funcionarios estén rebasados por los problemas pero eso no justifica la falta de trato amable al público.
The lady who gave reports was very kind. She offered me walk-in care, perhaps because I was accompanying an elderly person.
I went to make copies of my documents because the originals were not enough. When I returned with the copies, the official who receives documents blamed me for seeing me without an appointment. It's frustrating and annoying these kinds of setbacks, but after all, my application was able to get through.
I should return for a response to my request in 30 to 40 days.
It is a slow process. I understand that the officials are overwhelmed by the problems but that does not justify the lack of friendly treatment to the public.
