Very poor management and the other is that their doctors do not see women in an integral way but one doctor for ultrasound and another doctor for interpretation and then with their poor communication, what can we expect?

The first time I went it was very good. We were attended to at the moment despite not having a scheduled appointment. After 2 days I had to return for a revaluation; I made the appointment through their WhatsApp service where they told me that they would charge me an amount, and when I arrived at the clinic they told me that it was more. I don't understand the lack of communication between those who are at the clinic and who is supposed to attend to you through whatsapp, and I don't understand the lack of shame for saying "oh, that's changed". My appointment was at 4:00 p.m. and it was up to 30 minutes after they attended me, it makes me laugh and I find it hard to believe that they have attended me better and faster without an appointment than by arranging it. I had planned to continue attending with you, but the truth is that they left a terrible taste in my mouth. If he hadn't charged me before the appointment, I would have gone to another clinic. A shame!
