Se encuentra en la entrada de la Calzada de Guadalupe. En el parque Colon.
 This monumental clock mounted on quarry, was donated by the Spanish colony on the occasion of the commemoration of the Independence of Mexico in 1910. The clock is of French origin made by a missing jewelry store.
It is located at the entrance to the Calzada de Guadalupe. In the Colon park.

Es todo de cantera, observen bien que en la parte de arriba tiene rosas de cantera lo cual es un detalle muy genial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnífico reloj monumental, fue un regalo de la colonia española a los potosinos por motivo de la conmemoración del centenario de la Independencia de México (se puede leer en la placa de mármol que tiene incrustada al frente) Si se observa desde cierto ángulo se puede entender el porqué muchos le llaman "El Búho". Desafortunadamente las piezas originales del reloj fueron robadas. Desconozco si aún se encuentra en funcionamiento.
Magnificent monumental clock, it was a gift from the Spanish colony to the Potosinos on the occasion of the commemoration of the centenary of the Independence of Mexico (it can be read on the marble plaque that is embedded in the front) If it is observed from a certain angle it can be understood why many call him "The Owl". Unfortunately the original parts of the watch were stolen. I do not know if it is still in operation.
